I really enjoyed Natalie’s Enneagram discussion at our work conference. She was fun and personable, joked and laughed with everyone and rolled with the punches when there was technical issues. Natalie has a wonderful way of using her soft voice and intentional words to open up a part of your brain that allows the good and the bad to explore how to use both in building strong leadership skills and making the best version of yourself. High Places Coaching and Consulting is an incredible resource to anyone looking to better understand yourself and your work style. Just from a brief discussion I challenged Dr. Pickering if she knew could tell my enneagram. She avoids type casting people but I continued to push and challenge her. And boy did she deliver. Not only did she know my type, but she also listed likely adjacent ones as well. She was dead on and continued to discuss opportunities with me.
