An Enneagram 1

Genuine, honest, creative & committed

“I’ve been described as genuine, honest (I’m an Enneagram 1), creative, and deeply committed. With years of trekking alongside others, I bring a keen understanding of the terrain to help you and your team reevaluate what you’re carrying—letting go of what no longer serves you and equipping you with the tools needed for the next stage of your climb. My mission is to inspire and equip wholehearted professionals to lead themselves and others to their highest potential.” -Dr. Natalie

Big idea, yes

I’m a “go big” kind of gal

With over 20 years of clinical and consulting experience, plus the wisdom gained from listening to and learning from countless awe-inspiring stories, I help individuals, teams, and organizations:

>> Discover what truly matters and why.
>> Leverage these insights to enhance motivation and effectiveness.
>> Honestly assess strengths and growth edges individually and collectively.
>> Build brave, authentic relationships.
>> Repair and recover from poor leadership—or better yet, prevent it.
>> Create a safe space for uncensored exploration, leading to a fresh map for forward movement.

When you— high-impact, growth-minded, wholehearted leader, team, organization—have your true-to-you map in hand, flourishing happens for you and everyone in your circle of influence including internal and external stakeholders.

I’m a consulting psychologist, board-certified coach, wife, mom, Ironman triathlon finisher, Enneagram 1, and lover of good coffee, mountains, deep conversation and tranformation. I speak, teach, consult and train with my proprietary blend of excellence, practicality, vulnerability, and unwavering presence.

Clients describe me as personable, real, committed, and engaging. I’d love to support your journey to wholehearted, authentic leadership and living—for yourself and those you inspire.

Some Nitty-Gritty

>> I was a proud member of the Nightriders squadron at the U.S. Air Force Academy.

>> My early careers in the fitness industry and as a high school language arts teacher laid the groundwork for my passion for growth and transformation.

>> Living and working in West Africa for three years gifted me invaluable cross-cultural experience and perspective.

>> Fun fact: I might just win the game of “How many random things are in your car right now?”

>> I’ve coached, trained, and consulted with a wide range of organizations—schools, hospitals, small businesses, churches, ministry teams, community mental health centers, nonprofits, solopreneurs, universities, and government agencies. You could say I love helping the helpers!

>> My favorite color is brown—think coffee, dirt, trees, and chocolate (priorities, right?).

>> I’m an Ironman triathlon finisher, have traveled to 18 countries, navigated personal and health crises, and perfected a melt-in-your-mouth dark chocolate cake recipe.
